Hailing from Byron Bay, founder of The Daily Bar, Al, describes herself as a 'wake up at 6, yoga, coffee, work, surf, home, dinner kind of gal'. Being busy and active meant that Al wanted a snack that would fuel her but still be nutritious and satiating.
Al's idea materialised in the form of a delicious concoction now known as 'The Daily Bar'. Instead of deceitful buzzwords, sugar packed snack bars, processed protein powder, Al got creative- chopping changing and creating flavours using natural ingredients.
